Construction Notes ) I
made this costume for Halloween with Angela as Kimber and Jean
as Aja. Since there weren't any printed fabrics available with
wide pink and turquoise stripes, I had to make my own by cutting
strips of fabric and sewing them together. I used poplin for the
dress and hot pink vinyl for the belt. The hat was also made out
of the same fabric. The dress came out perfect but the belt was
a bit loose and my $8 pumps were painful. |
