Construction Notes ) I
had little references to go by for this costume so I did my
best. I used a knitted furry fabric for the dress, with layers
of purple confetti dot and chiffon for added interest. The
spiral motif was embellished using hot pink sequins left over
from another costume. The wings were handmade out of 20 gauge
wire and child size tights, then spray painted with fabric dye.
This was a one time only costume made two days before the
convention. |
